What is an Aura

The 7 Layers

Your aura is the energy field that surrounds your body.

It is directly connected to the energy that flows through your chakras. Each layer coincides with each particular chakra. The aura at times can act just like the atmosphere does for the earth. It protects us from foreign objects or energy. Your aura in most cases is no bigger than four to five feet around you. It is shaped like an egg. Round on the bottom and narrow at the top. With practice you can learn how to contract and extend your aura.

The aura is a template of what is going on inside and outside of the physical body. It is a map of your life. Everything that you have experienced lies within your aura. As we walk through life we are bombarded by different energies. Through meditation you will learn how to flush out your aura, repair it, and finally learn how to protect your “space”.
